3345555 - IDocs stuck in status 64, the auto job is scheduled status

Symptom

IDocs stuck in status 64.
Check via WE02, the second 64 status with message "Immediate processing in job '<IDoc number>'.
But in SM37, the job is 'scheduled' status. (sometimes, there is no job in SM37)
