3345763 - Batch management indicator changed despite stock or open documents exist

There are materials where the batch management indicator was changed unexpectedly on plant level (MARC-XCHAR) despite the fact, one of the following exist:

    - Stock in current or previous period.
       And/Or
    - Open documents.

Normally, this change should not be possible in SAP Standard system. This is an inconsistent state and now system does not allow to change back to the original state. 

Because of this problem now several error occur when trying to change the batch indicator or post movements.
