• Get an error when trying to upload the Forms into Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document templates.
• Error: ChangeSet index 1 - ???HCP upload error: Template ID *** with en_US locale already exists???;File could not be upload.

1. When uploading document in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document templates, an error pops up:

The customer recently did instance refresh, but the template is still saved in PFS or instance.

• Confirm if the template exists in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates page or PFS account.
• Post deletion, re-upload the template.
