Reproducing the Issue
When uploading document in Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document templates, an error pops up:
Error ChangeSet index 1 - ???HCP upload error: Template ID *** with en_US locale already exists???;File could not be upload
Cause
Due to the the template which was uploaded before instance refresh
Resolution
Please delete all the previous template available under Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates.
Post deletion, You could able to upload the template successfully as Expected
