App 'Display Sales Order Cost Estimates' not found even though all the necessary roles and catalogs are assigned to the user.

The app can be accessed via the app 'Manage Material Valuations'. Choose a Material in the 'Manage Material Valuations' App and navigate to the details page. There, the sales order cost estimates are listed and a navigation button is offered.
