3346318 - IG-43981: Automatic creation of a purchase order failed in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

In SAP Ariba Sourcing that is integrated with SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA using SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network, when a buyer awarded a supplier and sent the QuoteMessageOrder document to SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA, the service purchase order was not automatically created. The following error was displayed for the QuoteMsgPurchaseOrder_Async_In interface in SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA:
