3346416 - Time Account Calendar Accrual job fails with error - 1H2023

When running manage time off calendar for accrual, job fails with error after 1H 2023 release.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

Step 1.Run manage time off calendar for specific time account type as accrual scenario
Step 2.Check provisioning backend>scheduled jobs>time account calendar run
Step 3.Check error details.
Full exception:com.successfactors.jobscheduler.ScheduledJobExecutionException: There is one or multiple sub tasks failed. Inside throwable is for last exception.
Caused by: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: com.successfactors.genericobject.app.exception.ExtCodeInternalIdIntegrityViolationException: [key=EMPLOYEE_HRIS_GO_MULTIPLE_EXT_CODE_FOR_SAME_IC, values=[[ObjectTypeAndInternalCodeInfo [objectType=TimeAccount internalCode=*******]]]]

Accrual rule does not use the rule function "Generate External Code For Time Off()" to set the external code.

• Workaround: In the accrual rule, when creating time account details, use rule function "Generate External Code For Time Off()" to set the external code. That one generates a unique code (UUID) for every time account detail on that account. 
• The failure related issue is planned to be fixed in 1H 2024 release but not confirmed.
• This KBA will be updated once there are further details.

NOTE: The issue could also occurs if any rule is assigned to Time Account object to generate external code. Make sure there are no OnSave rule assigned to the 'Time Account' object definition or 'Employee time' that generates additional external code during the save process.
