3346703 - Cloud Integration Access Policies - Unable to create CustomRoleTemplate

- When trying to create Access Policies as per steps in Managing Access Policies | SAP Help Portal for some iflows in SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) the Next button is greyed out and proceeding to the next step is not possible. 
- In the Configure Attributes screen you have entered values in the text boxes but the Next button does not change. 
- There is no possibility to go to next step (Select Role Collections).
- the Next button is greyed out.
