3346802 - Manage Configuration Page is coming as blank in Payroll Control Center

Symptom

  • Manage Configuration page is coming blank page
  • Other Tabs (My Processes, My Teams, Process Configuration etc.) are working fine.
  • SAP UI5 is upgraded to latest version but still the manage configuration tab does not show anything.
  • Failed to load resource 403 Forbidden error is coming in Console
  • Unable to create validation rules/Analytics from Manage Configuration
