Symptom
- When Legal entity is changed in Job Information via Take action, the Compensation Information does not appear. This happens only for the field company/legal entity.
- The Compensation Information check box is not automatically selected.
Environment
SuccessFactors Employee Central - Compensation Information
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Manage Business Configuration > jobInfo.
- Navigate to field - company/legal entity.
- Click on Details > Verify, "Refresh Compensation Required" is set to "Yes".
- Now, Go to any employee.
- Take action > Select Job information.
- Change company/legal entity value.
- Result: Compensation Information is not refreshed/automatically selected.
Resolution
- This is an expected behavior.
- As per system design, the "Refresh Compensation Required" is not supported for field Company/Legal Entity.
