3346933 - Error "You Are Not Allowed To Delete This Address" While Replicating Business Partner To C4C

You are replicating Business Partner to C4C and you are facing the error "You Are Not Allowed To Delete This Address" for such specific BuPa. However, few days later, while reprocessing the message, it is getting processed successfully.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Customer work center.
2. Go to the Accounts work center view.
3. Open the Account Ext ID 1234 (where 1234 represents the ID of account).
4. Go to the external system.
5. Replicate the Account Ext ID 1234 to C4C.
6. Go to the Administrator work center.
7. Go to the General Settings work view.
8. Open the web service message monitoring tool.
9. Check the BusinessPartnerReplicationIn service interface fails with the error: "You Are Not Allowed To Delete This Address".

Before C4C release 2305, while you have the Business Partner opened and try to create a change via another you would face the error “You are not allowed to delete this address" instead of showing an error message that says that customer is locked by another user.
 
As of now, the error message appears correctly. 
 

After 2305 the error message was corrected and, once the Business Partner is opened, yo are going to face the error message "It is not possible to delete the address, the Business Partner is locked by another user”.
