3347013 - Access restrictions to Accelerators in SAP Signavio Process Navigator for PSR users

Symptom

When logging on to SAP Signavio Process Navigator through SAP for Me using the Universal ID the Accelerator section for Solution Scenarios and Solution Processes is greyed out. The reason for this behavior is that SAP Signavio Process Navigator does not allow to view or download Accelerators for P-users, this permission is only given when using a S-user account. When you have been using the Partner Self-Registration (‘PSR’) process on the Partner Portal in the past (this option is no longer available) you might have associated your companies S-user with your P-user account, in the Partner field of your P-user. However, this association is leading to a different behavior compared to directly linking your personal S-user to your Universal ID. The PSR user is treated like a P-user.
