Symptom
The Cockpit has been updated some time ago. But after a system restart or server reboot, the HANA Cockpit cannot be open, it shows blank page.
Command 'xs mtas' shows '?' for Cockpit component.

Checked the hdblcm upgrade logs, found the previous upgrade failed, and the latest upgrade finished without error but didn't update the files.
