3347099 - How to view document attachments during attached from Additional Data Collection - Onboarding

Admin is unable to view the attachments from Additional Data Collection.

1. Navigate to Onboarding Dashboard.
2. Open any candidate and click Action button-> click on Onboarding documents.
3. No attachment is available here that was collected during the Additional Data Collection step.

There was no attachment field and Business rule configuration.

1. Navigate to "Manage Documents".
2. You can find all documents attached during Additional Data Collection step.
