• The CREATE DATABASE statement used to create a new SQL database is generated after all objects contained in the model and is placed at the end of the SQL file.
• Modifying the generation order defined in the DBMS resource file does not help.
• It occurs for PostgreSQL 9.x Physical Data Models (PDM).
• It works fine for other DBMS, e.g. Microsoft SQL Server 207.
