3347405 - Query Plans are different for same SQL from different connections - SAP ASE

• In ASE when application is running SQL it is going for table scan.
• But if we run the same SQL it is picking up index scan. 
• This had been working, and all the sudden, the application is doing a table scan when executed, with dynamic sql. 
• The only known change is that many mass inserts/deletes happen for refreshing data.
