You do not see this field listed in Organizational Unit Name and Address in Data Workbench.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Administrator WC.
2. Open General Setting View.
3. Select Org Structure.
4. Select one item.
5. Modify the "Company Name" and "Department Name".
6. Go to Data Workbench WC.
7. Execute Export.

The fields available in the employee UI (QAF in admin workcenter) are not available in the Odata service. These fields in the UI are not used to create an assignment of an employee to an organizational unit. These are just used for the use case that a letter is written to an employee at his workplace address and that the address is formatted accordingly.

Example:

Employee XXX assigned to the org. unit "YYYY" workplace address in "ZZZZ".

If a letter should be sent to the employee "XXXX" at this workplace address, the address should be:

SAP SE -> CompanyName

Department C4C -> DepartmentName

XXXX

ZZZZ

As this use case is not very prominent, the fields are currently missing in the Odata service.

Therefore, you cannot use the DWB to update massively. You can only go for the BO to change.
