Symptom

Metric Lookup Table is not getting populated when creating team goals in the Legacy Goal Management.

Reproducing the Issue

When a user is creating a team goal in legacy version of Goal management the MLT table is not populating.

Cause

Navigate to Objective Mangement Feature setting: Group goal is disabled. Hence, Metric Lookup table is not populating while creating team goals.

Resolution

Group Goal 2.0 switch is mandatory for the enablement of Team Goals. Some Team Goals features are dependent on the Group Goal, because Team Goal is built on top of Group Goals and is considered an upgraded version of Group Goal. If the group goal feature is not being used by then in such case the permission can be revoked from manage permission role feature for all the designated roles.
