3347799 - Implementation related requests for changed in Provisioning Configuration - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

The following list of changes within Provisioning should be made/ enabled/ disabled by your Implementation Partner. 

In case you are not anymore engaged with a Partner and there is no associated implementation effort, SAP Support can make minor changes in provisioning configuration including enabling/disabling specific features on behalf of a customer.

Resolution

In the event that no Implementation Partner is engaged with Customer, you can reach out to SAP Product Support to request the activation of any of the features listed below. Please follow the Case Creation Template provided.

Important Notes:

  • SAP Product Support reserves the right to modify the scope of this document at any time due to product enhancements and changes in product direction.

  • For any new feature activations, it's essential to first enable the feature in your TEST environment and conduct comprehensive testing before moving to Production.

  • We strongly recommend reviewing the linked related information thoroughly to understand any requirements or follow-up activities involved.

  • SAP Product Support is solely responsible for enabling the listed switches and does not conduct further implementation or alterations. For additional implementation requirements, please consult SAP Professional Services or engage with an Implementation Partner.

  • Features not included in this list are not eligible for activation by SAP Product Support.
