During Crossboarding or Enhanced Internal Hire process, some of the fields are not flowing properly from Recruiting to Employee Central.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate internal hire via Recruiting (RCM) after enabling Enhanced Internal Hire
2. To-do notifications section. you will see View user validation errors for () for Onboarding process trigger
3. In this example we're using the validation issue: jobInfo : Please select a valid Work Contract. but it can vary from issue to issue

JobInfo not defined in internal hire setup

In the order to fix this issue JobInfo entity must be configured per setup below

Access Manage Business configuration and update Job Information context to "Yes" for Onboarding.
