3347898 - "PH_QUAL_CPNT" table > "LST_UPD_USR" column

When using the "LST_UPD_USR" column of the "PH_QUAL_CPNT" table in a custom report, it is desired to understand why this column brings "CONNECTOR" or the company schema ID (e.g.: COMPANY_PROD_TMS, COMPANY_STAGE_TMS) in it.

Note: Every environment has a company schema ID.

When an item is added in a curricula vie the Curriculum Connector, there will be two entries in the "PH_QUAL_CPNT" table for the same item. One entry will be recorded with "I" or "Insert" and the other with "M" or "Modify", where the "LST_UPD_USR" column will contain "CONNECTOR".

When an item is removed from the curricula via the Curriculum Connector, the "LST_UPD_USR" column will contain the company schema ID and the action type recorded for that particular entry in the "ACTION" column of the "PH_QUAL_CPNT" table will be "D" or "Delete". At the same time, for the rest of the items in the curricula, in this case, "M" or "Modify" will be recorded in the "PH_QUAL_CPNT" table, with the "LST_UPD_USR" column containing the company schema ID.

When an item is modified (not added/not removed) in the curricula via the Curriculum Connector, the "LST_UPD_USR" column will contain "CONNECTOR" and the action type recorded for that particular entry in the "ACTION" column of the "PH_QUAL_CPNT" table will be "M" or "Modify".

To have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request (KBA 2090228) created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
