3347919 - Error 8B122 - It is not possible to cancel Nota Fiscal

Symptom

When attempting to cancel a Nota Fiscal or reverse a delivery in VL09 or cancel a billing document in VF11:
The error message 8B 122 "It is not feasible to cancel Nota Fiscal" is generated.
