Symptom

In Agent.log of Simple Diagnostics Agent (aka SDA), errors similar to below are reported.

ERROR [MAI <SID> 1] com.sap.solman.agent.mai.GenericMetricCollector collectForSingleMetric failed
com.sap.solman.agent.mai.api.CollectorException: com.sap.solman.agent.core.error.SystemException: 
Trusted connect with user sapadm to SAPHostControl webservice failed. 1. Add "service/admin_users = sapadm" to DEFAULT.PFL of the system and restart SAPControl (SAP Note 927637). 2. Check the s-bit of sapuxuserchk binaries (SAP Note 1932225, Unix only).

Trusted connect with user sapadm to SAPControl webservice on instance <instance no.> of system (undefined) failed. Unknown error in requestLogonFile.

While executing command /usr/sap/hostctrl/exe/sapcontrol -nr 99 -function RequestLogonFile sapadm, it gives the output: cannot create logon file.
