Symptom

While performing upgrade database from ASE 16.0 sp02 pl02 to ASE 16.0 sp04 pl04 unable to disable the Job Scheduler

1> sp_configure "enable job scheduler", 0
2> go
Msg 5861, Level 16, State 2:
Server 'SID', Procedure 'sp_configure', Line 1382:
The current 'max memory' value '8176829', is not sufficient to change the
parameter 'enable job scheduler' to '0'. 'max memory' should be greater than
'total logical memory' '8183445' required for the configuration.
