Symptom

  • When upgrading from SAP S/4HANA 1709 to S/4HANA 2022 below error appears in SUM in phase PREP_EXTENSION/EHP_INCLUSION:

1EETQ399 Last error code set is: Found 1 components where stack release = source release where KEEP is not
1EETQ399Xallowed, see phase log for details.
1EETQ399XPlease check, if an ACP is missing or if your stack file is invalid.
1EETQ399XIf you put new packages in the download directory, use option 'init' to upload them
1EETQ204 Upgrade phase "EHP_INCLUSION" aborted with severe errors ("YYYYMMMDDXXXXXX")
