3348356 - Intercompany stock transfer cost component split Issue

Symptom

With Material Ledger active, in a intercompany stock transfer scenario, the Cost Component in receiver plant is not the same as the cost component in sender plant. 

In the intra company stock transfer scenario for stock transfer between plants, cost component in the receiving plant should be the same as the sending plant.

This same behavior is expected in case of intercompany stock transfer.
