3348464 - Contents Cannot be Launched in New Window in Mobile Browser

• User is unable to launch content in a new browser window on mobile phones while the same item content can be launched in a new browser tab in desktop browser
• Document type content object automatically completed without playing it

1. Login system on iPhone Safari browser or Android phone Google Chrome browser>

2. Launch a course which has enabled 'Launch in New Window' in its Content Object level > 

3. The content launched inline on mobile phones

4. Launch the same course from web browser > it launched in a new browser window.

• Course Home Experience only supports contents to be launched inline on mobile devices.
• If the 'Launch in New Window' option is enabled at Content Object level, it may cause unexpected issues.

• Please disable the 'Launch in a New Window' option at Content Object level.
• Alternatively, admin can set property 'overrideContentLaunchInNewWindow=true' at tenant level via path LMS > System Administrations > Configurations > System Configuration > LMS_ADMIN configuration file.

Any issues from content launched in new window is use at your own risk , and may not work as expected.
