3348488 - HSN/SAC Code for Free Text Items Missing in the Monitoring Invoices Report

You have posted the supplier invoice for India with HSN/SAC code for free text item. However HSN/SAC codes for free text items does not appear in the monitoring invoice report. 

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics work center 
2. Go to Design Reports view
3. Select the Monitoring Invoices report 
4. Select the relevant Supplier Invoice
5. You can see that field, HSN Code (Product) appears blank. (HSN Code field appears as Not assigned) 

The report "Monitoring Invoices" will show the HSN/SAC code for free text items in the supplier invoice. This report will fetch the HSN/SAC code from both product and free text line items. The values are fetching from the supplier invoice item level, but the value HSN value code is stored in the different name in the report UI screen (Accounting Code of the Service).

To bring the necessary field in to the monitoring invoice report, you can follow the below steps. 

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to the Design Reports view.
3. Select Monitoring Invoices report.
4. Edit and filter with specific supplier invoice. 
5. Go to characteristics and select the field - Accounting Code of the Service 
6. Select ok

This will show the HSN/SAC code details from the supplier invoice line item details.
