Symptom
You have enabled MyInbox in BTP WorkZone. However, when workflows are triggered, no items are displayed in the My Inbox.
You can see 500 error in browser network trace, and below error message in browser console log.
Failed to update data via service /comsapbpmworkflow.crossfndfioriinbox/<xxx>/bpmworkflowruntime/tcm/TaskCollection/$count/...
Further check application log of BTP->HTML5 applications ->crossfndfioriinbox, you can see below error message:
GET request to /comsapbpmworkflow.crossfndfioriinbox/bpmworkflowruntime/v1/tcm/TaskCollection/$count?_=<xxx> completed with status 500 Failed to exchange login token by an XSUAA token Failed to exchange token: Request failed with status code 401 - unauthorized - Bad credentials, token details
