3348710 - No new SAP Notes available in System Recommendations

Symptom

  • You check the System Recommendations application. For some reason there are no new SAP Notes available anymore.
  • No clear error messages on logs of job SM:SYSTEM RECOMMENDATIONS
  • on transaction SLG1, search for Object = AGS_SR and Subobject = CHECK at the time job was last executed. The following error message is displayed:
