3348739 - Error Message System expected the end of the element 'item' While using Automated Purchase Order Upload Bot

You configured Automated Purchase Order upload bot and there is no issues in the factory but the PO wasn't created. The logs files in BPA shows the processing is successful but there is an error in Application and User Management - Web Service Message Monitoring

Step 1: Execute the Bot in BPA

Step 2: Check the log - There is no error

Step 3: Check in Web Service Message Monitoring screen under Application and User Management work center

Cause for the issue is that below prerequisites might be missing

The communication scenario and arrangements are not maintained for the web-service and once maintained the credentials which you give in the communication arrangements should be maintained as windows credentials and this windows credentials should be given as input parameter when scheduling the bot.

Once the above setting / configuration is maintained, execute the bot again
