Symptom

"Data Access: Story" permission is missing under "Performance" section in the RBP.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a story report using the Performance domain
  2. No data is displayed
  3. Go to Manage Permission Roles
  4. Create or edit a role
  5. Click on "Permissions..."
  6. Performance
  7. "Data Access: Story" is missing

Cause

"Enable Performance Management Access Permission" option is disabled.

Resolution

  1. In the search bar, search for "Performance Management Feature Settings"
  2. Enable the "Enable Performance Management Access Permission" option
  3. Save
