3348849 - Steps for doing group Assignment manually as well as Automatically in Workforce TAM

This is an article about the standard WFS T&A product's assignment groups, specifically the different methods which can be used to populate which assignments will be within a particular group.

There are two methods for determining which assignments should be in a particular group:

• Automatic Groups - these are groups where assignments are automatically added and removed from the group via standard product functionality
• Manual Groups - these groups will not have assignments automatically added or removed from the group by the standard product functionality
