3348877 - Last Data Update information is missing in Information tab and showing ### with API formula

Symptom

The Last Data Update information is not correct in Analysis Office. The symptoms are the below:

1. AO API formula "SAPGetSourceInfo" with parameter "LastDataUpdate" returns ###.



2. The "Last Data Update" information in Design Panel, Information tab, is missing.



When you run the query in transaction RSRT and check "Information on Query", the field "Up-to-Dateness of Data" is all zeros.
