Symptom

  • Starting from SAP BusinessObjects 4.3 Support Pack 03+, the feature to support Microsoft OneDrive has been added. See SAP Blog:
    https://blogs.sap.com/2022/12/08/microsoft-drive-support-in-sap-businessobjects-4.3-sp03-release/
  • In some special network, the server doesn't have direct external internet access. To access external website like Microsoft site, it must use a web proxy.
  • How can we setup to let SAP BusinessObjects servers use proxy in this Microsoft OneDrive related scenario?
  • Other authorization servers also may require proxy configuration to allow the BusinessObjects servers to access external websites
