3348898 - Emails are not received after being sent from PDI script

Symptom

You are making use of Mail.Send reuse library function from Platinum Engineering library in your custom solution from SAP Cloud Applications Studio to send e-mails, but they are not reaching the recipient inbox.

Environment

  • SAP Business ByDesign
  • SAP Cloud for Customer
  • SAP Cloud Applications Studio

Cause

The DKIM activation for your domain is not enabled on the system.

Resolution

Please follow the SAP help documentation to have DKIM activated on your tenant:
