3348935 - Cannot expand any of the "+" lists in CMC with Load Balancer URL

Symptom

  1. Cannot expand any of the "+" lists, and when clicking on the various items on the left of the screen (Servers List, Server Groups List, Nodes, etc.) nothing happens.
  2. Cannot view the Objects List or to expand the All Folders list.
  3. Issue doesn't happen with URL of an individual web server, only happens with Load Balancer URL.
