3349052 - The text value is not available in OData API for Multi-Value List KUT Field

Symptom

 The text value is not available for Multi-Value list KUT field and is only showing code values.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Multi-Value List KUT Field in UI
  2. See that multiple values are selected for field and values are displayed
  3. Go to Odata Console
  4. Perform Get Call for Entity where KUT field is created (i.e https://myxxxxx.crm.ondemand.com/sap/c4c/odata/v1/c4codataapi/CorporateAccountCollection)
  5. See Only Code Values displayed

Cause

For multi-value list KUT property only codes are available in OData response.

Resolution

It is the current limitation from OData frame-work.
