Symptom
A purchasing info record, scheduling agreement or contract exist, where the condition record has been updated.
When you access reports to view these documents or the document itself via webgui tiles or the fiori apps, old values like the net price or validity periods are still visible.
Environment
SAP S/4Hana Cloud - All versions
Reproducing the Issue
- Change a condition record that is linked to a purchasing info record
- Go to APP manage purchasing info records
- Access the Purchasing Info record
- The price shown is the old price or the fields 'Price Valid to' and 'Valid to' have different values.
Cause
This symptom is covered in question 22 of FAQ note 456691.
The document values are only updated when the condition is changed within the document.
Resolution
There are 3 reports available that can be scheduled regularly if required to keep the Procurement documents in sync with condition changes.

RM06INP0 - info records
In the public cloud these reports can be scheduled via the APP 'Schedule Update of Price for Purchasing Documents'
