3349406 - Work Order Expiration Bell Notifications not getting created

Work Order Expiration bell notifications is not created while email notification is received.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. We are using Off Cycle Event Batch and Work Order Expiration ISC Event to trigger Work Order Expiration notifications to target recipients.
2. The job is running fine and the notifications/emails are sent out properly.
3. However, the bell notifications are not created anymore for the target recipients.

This is a defect.

The fix is targeted at 2311 release.

And the patch for the production instance (b2305) fix would be 13th July 2023.
