3349437 - Unable to upload Metadata

Symptom

Issue while uploading Metadata file in federation settings for URL modification.

Environment

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to setup;
  2. Providers;
  3. Federation Settings;
  4. Open developer console and enable full mode and trace options;
  5. Click on "upload metadata document" (federation settings);
  6. Select metadata document and click upload;
  7. The error message should be visible after the upload.

Cause

Invalid XML file configuration.

Resolution

IDP settings should be fixed in identity provider side.
