3349467 - SAP Cloud Connector - Cloud Connector UI is inaccessible after restoring the backup

After upgrading the cloud connector to the latest version and restoring the backup file from the old version, the SCC UI becomes inaccessible upon restarting the cloud connector (SCC).

The following error appears in the SCC ljs_trace.log or scc_core.trc (for versions 2.17.0 and later).
