Symptom

In people profile, the first option in Header button drop down visible as white color.

Reproducing the Issue

Login to instances.
Go to Company System and Logo Settings.
Check the box “Enable Horizon visual theme for SAP Fiori”.
Scroll down and click on “Save Company System Setting”.
Go to Configure People Profile.
General Settings.
Manage background image library.
Check the box “Deactivate translucent layer”.
Go to Employee Profile.
See the action buttons; Header - 1st Option visible in white color.

Resolution

Engineering team confirmed it working as per system design.
The menu's hover color is configurable. Please select the desired hover text color Admin center -> Manage themes -> Fine Tunes -> Menus -> Text color -> hover -> Save.
