3349580 - Validation rule does not work for group journal entires in app Post Group Journal entries

After setting validation rule in app Manage Substitution/Validation Rules-Group journal entries, the validation rule does not work for document type 01 Manual correction of universal journal (0C) in app Post Group Journal entries. But the validation rule works for other document types.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open app Post Group Journal entries-> Post entries on document types 01-> Click button "Check"-> No errors found

2. If you choose document type 18-> Click button "Check"-> An Error pops up

Document type 01- Manual correction of universal journal (0C)  is an exception in Group Reporting system. The symptom is an expected action.

Posting level 0C is designed for Manual correction of universal journal and would skip all these validation rules. It's an exception posting level which enable you can post data as your wish.
