3349692 - Change SuccessFactors Company ID Integrated with Work Zone

Symptom

Is it possible to manually change the Work Zone integration from one Company ID to another Company ID?
You would like to change the Company ID your Work Zone is connected with.

Cause

Yes, it is possible to change Work Zone integration from one SF Company ID to another SF Company ID

Resolution

There are three main steps to completing this change:

The SF Company ID will need to update in the JAM tenant site admin. As a customer you do not have access to this page therefore kindly raise a ticket with LOD-SF-EAS-WZC. Support kindly refer to internal memo
You will need to update the SuccessFactors_API Destination in your BTP with the new Company ID and OAuth parameters. Further details can be found in the Help Portal - Creating Destinations to SAP SuccessFactors & if you have SuccessFactors UI cards configured kindly refer to KBA 3062218 - SAP Work Zone for HR - SuccessFactors UI Cards not loading
Finally, you will need to update the user provisioning configuration in your IPS tenant to point to a new SF Company ID instead of the old one.
