How to activate the JSON Document Store service for the SAP Datasphere's HANA Cloud database?

Activation of Docstore and it's impact on the sizing and performance has not been evaluated by SAP Datasphere.

Enabling the document store is not yet supported/available for SAP Datasphere managed HANA Cloud instances.

This feature request is already raised in Datasphere's influence channel, see Allow JSON Document Store activation.
