3349754 - Photo upload option disappears from candidate's to do tile "Complete Profile" - Onboarding

Option to upload photo disappears from customer's view "Complete your profile" "Start completing your profile.

Candidates are not able to upload their photos afterwards.

Candidates are Submitting or Finishing the task without uploading the photo. This task disappears from To Do tile afterwards.

When a candidate completes the "Complete your profile section" and clicks on "Finish" you get message below, and after this the "Complete your profile" section is removed from To Do tile. If you just save it and not finish it, the tile still appears, but if you click on finish the tile is removed.
