3349831 - EPM launcher error "Launcher file could not be found"

Symptom

  • The following error is displayed when launching the EPM Add-in from the EPM Add-in launcher shortcut from the Windows Explorer:
EPM Add-in Launcher has stopped working.
Launcher file could not be found
    • You have changed the Windows registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Excel\Addins\FPMXLClient.Connect\LoadBehavior to value of 3 but issue persists.
