3349842 - Pricing Condition Cannot Be Deleted from Sales Document

The user is unable to delete sales document (quote and order) pricing condition in C4C, although in ECC it is set as:

• Manual entries = 'C' (Manual entry has priority) and;
• 'Enabled for Deletion'.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center.
2. Go to the Sales Quote work center view.
3. Search and open the Quote 123 (where 123 means quote ID).
4. Select the Product ABC (where ABC means product ID).
5. Check the Pricing conditions ZA1B2 (where ZA1B2 means the pricing component ID).
6. The condition ZA1B2 cannot be deleted.

Currently C4C has this limitation, as a standard behavior it's not possible to delete the pricing condition on C4C's side.

The C4C system does not support the deletion of the condition type which is automatically added by the ECC like ZA1B2. Manual Priority "C" can allow you to add/edit a new condition in C4C and the old one will be deactivated.

So hence, if you really need to delete the existing condition, then you just erase the amount in the item product pricing and request the external pricing, which would deactivate the automated condition by sending a 0 amount to ECC. 

This is the standard behavior of the system.
