Symptom

  • Agent installation is done successfully, but configure agent failed.
  • Error in agent DSoD log:
    • INFO : handlThrowable:Upload certificate error: error 101 - Network is unreachable (connect failed) (local port XXX to address <agent_ip> (agent_host_name), remote port 443 to address XXX)
    • INFO : closing the httpclient connection
