3349847 - Scrolling with mouse wheel does not work in prompt variable dialog window

Symptom

Scrolling with mouse wheel does not work for the right part of the prompt variable dialog window, where variable values are entered. It works fine in the left part of the same window and also when the mouse arrow is positioned exactly over the scroll bar in the right side. Scrolling using the bars (hold and drag) still works.
